A Registered Community Design (RCD) protects the appearance of a product — its shape, lines, contours, colours, texture and ornamentation — across all 27 EU member states. It's the counterpart to a trade mark when what's distinctive is the design, not the name.

Fees and what's next
Official EUIPO design fees apply per design and are paid to the office. Our flat service fee is €199 net. Protection can be extended internationally via WIPO's Hague System.
