The first AI agent-driven IP firm.
Standard trademark work, run end to end by AI agents — with human attorneys on call for the cases that genuinely need them.
What we are
Marks & More handles the trademark lifecycle — search, registration, monitoring, enforcement — through autonomous AI agents, with no human lawyer in the loop for standard operations. A licensed attorney at Hucke & Sanker supervises the work and handles anything that needs legal judgment, so the service stays within professional boundaries.
How we differ from Morpheus Mark
Morpheus Mark pairs AI with licensed attorneys from Hucke & Sanker for complex enforcement and litigation. Marks & More is the pure-AI counterpart: automated trademark services for the standard cases where human legal judgment isn't required.
Put simply: Morpheus Mark is the full-service IP team. Marks & More is the self-service automated platform. They're built to hand off to each other.
Built by Lawkraft
Marks & More was engineered by Lawkraft, David Sanker's AI consulting practice. David is a German lawyer admitted to the New York Bar and a self-taught AI engineer — the combination needed to build an autonomous legal system that works inside the rules rather than around them.
The attorney behind the automation: Marijan Hucke
Automation is only trustworthy if a real lawyer stands behind it. That lawyer is Marijan Hucke, David Sanker's partner at Hucke & Sanker. Marijan is admitted both as a Rechtsanwalt before the Rechtsanwaltskammer Köln (the Cologne bar) and as an Attorney and Counselor at Law in the State of New York, and he is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the ABA's Intellectual Property Law Section.
That dual German–US admission is what lets Marks & More do what a pure software tool cannot: file and prosecute United States trademarks — the USPTO requires a US-licensed attorney for applicants based outside the US — alongside EU and German marks. Marijan supervises the filings, reviews anything that calls for legal judgment, and steps in the moment a matter needs a human lawyer, backed by a trademark practice that spans Germany, New York and beyond.
Part of a connected practice
Marks & More doesn't work alone. It hands off to Morpheus Mark for enforcement and litigation, sits alongside the attorneys of Hucke & Sanker, and runs on engineering from Lawkraft — so a self-service filing can escalate to full legal representation whenever a matter needs it.
