Contact and intake form
When you submit the trademark-search form or email us, we process the details you provide (such as your name, email address, company, the mark you want to protect, and your message) for the sole purpose of responding to your request and providing the service. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Submissions are handled through our lead-management system (FunnelCraft) and stored on servers in the EU. We keep this data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or as required by law.
Analytics and advertising — only with your consent
We do not load any tracking or advertising scripts until you accept them in the consent banner. If you accept, we use:
