International Trademark (Madrid System)

Extend one base mark to as many as ~130 members through a single WIPO application — one filing, one language, one currency.

One mark, many countries

WIPO's Madrid System lets you extend an existing 'base' trade mark to as many as ~130 members with a single international application — in one language and one currency — instead of filing separately in each country.

How our agents handle it

Agents confirm your base right, help you select the countries to designate, and prepare and file the international application via WIPO. Each designated national office then examines the mark under its own law; attorney oversight applies throughout.

Fees and what's next

WIPO charges a basic fee plus fees for each country you designate, which vary by selection. Our flat service fee is €199 net. After registration, agents monitor your mark across the designated territories.
